I can create new designs, redraw old designs, and make new colors for pets. The only things I don't particularly want to do are draw items and design maps, but I can for the right price.
Also, these are strictly for petsites. An individual person can't commission these for their personal characters.
Price: $10 for original designs/shopkeepers.
$5 for redraws or new colors. (redraws
only if there's a picture reference)

Prices:Photoshop Gradient Shaded: $70 (CLOSED)
Flash Cell Shaded: $40 (CLOSED)
Detailed Oekaki: Varies, usually around $25-$40. (CLOSED)
Chibi: $15 [+$10 per extra characters] (
OPEN if there's a slot!)
Oekaki Doodle: $10 (CLOSED)
Animated Icon: $5 (CLOSED)
Please note: All commissions go towards paying for my server to keep Suta-Raito and the Oekakis up and running. I pay $200 a month for my server and about $70 once a year for the domain names. It's quite expensive for a college student, that's why my commission costs have been raised.
