A lot of people kept saying they didn't know how to use PSP. It's quite easy...unless you have 8 or 9. Those are more complicated. @-@; And, in my opinion, they're only good for designing things...not drawing. PSP 7 is the one for drawing.
So, here's how it goes. Outlining and layers. If you're confused about anything, I'll try to help. Heh by the way, as a tutorial it looks like a lot of steps but the picture took me 3 minutes to draw. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. I use PSP 8. It IS a bit more complicated.. I just don't like the bezie tool in PSP 8. You have to press the "New" button every time you want to start a new segment e.e But I like it. It's an okay program *still wishes she had Photoshop*
