Hey all! A ton has been happening but I've at least been updating you all with Pokemon doodles.

Some excellent news - one of my designs will be in the August For Her Loot Crate!! The theme is How to train your dragon, and its only $15 to get the themed monthly box! I definitely ordered one for myself, I'm a huge fan of the movie.

Other exciting news...there's going to be a mini Kuitsuku coming February 2018! My husband and I are super, super exciting. Also, being pregnant feels horrible all the time so far, guh. That's really the only reason I haven't updated with as many Pokemon, I come home from work and feel horribly uncomfortable.

Hmm let's see, other positive stuff...I'm now an assistant art director at my job but I still feel like senior artist sounds better haha.

This weekend I'm going to jump into some watercolors to donate to the charity show at GAAM in July. I thought it would be a great time to get my Instagram back up and active so I can post progress photos!

First of all, thank you so much TheraMutt for the month subscription!! That was such a surprise and I'm going to put it to use!!

Well it's a new year full with new opportunities! I'm currently looking for art contract opportunities for my business, Sutaro, and working on a few of my own projects.

Every weekday morning from 7:30am-8am I've been drawing a Pokemon as a warm up image to start the day. I'm going in order and hope to hit 151 this year...then decide what the heck to do after that. Be on the lookout for new art waaaay more frequently!
Occasionally I'll draw them on the weekends but I also like catching up on my sleep. Definitely every weekday though.

In July I'll be attending GAAM for the second time and I'm donating a few watercolor Pokemon pieces to their charity auction. It's in Jacksonville this July if you're interested in attending! We're still setting up the details - I should be selling prints and other goodies there, but not having a table this year - I want to walk around and enjoy the show!

If there are any other shows related to Pokemon or any other game stuff going on in Florida and you'd like me to attend, please let me know! I may go to other shows in states if asked, we have been talking about travel opportunities lately. Vacation + business is awesome to me~

Life-wise, David and I are doing amazing - we just made a coffee table and end tables out of crates and they look SO good!! It's a great feeling to make your own furniture too haha. Well...if it turns out nice.
We're working on a children's book and will be on the lookout for publisher's soon. We have a top list of 5 but we'll see...the book is aimed towards 5 to 8 year olds and very heavily illustrated. More on that later in the summer
